This policy explains what information is handled when you visit monsteriptv.cloud (the “website”) and when you contact Monster IPTV (“we”, “us”) on WhatsApp or Telegram.
Information the website collects
The website has no account system, no contact forms and no checkout, and it does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
When you contact us
The order and contact buttons open WhatsApp or Telegram. Those apps are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies. When you message us, we receive what you send — for example your phone number or username, your name as shown in the app, the plan you're interested in, details about your device, and any screenshots you share.
We use this information to:
- answer your questions and process your order or free trial;
- activate your subscription and send your login details;
- help with setup and troubleshooting;
- contact you about renewals of a plan you ordered.
Payments
Payment arrangements are confirmed in chat when you order. Don't send full card numbers or passwords for other accounts in a chat message.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to provide the service (for example with a payment provider you choose) or where required by law.
Retention
We keep chat records and order details for as long as needed to provide your subscription and support, and to meet any legal obligations, and then delete them.
